Ages: 13-99

Times: Weekdays 5-6pm, 6-7pm | Saturday 11-12am, 12am-1pm

  • Highly aerobic*, strength-building workouts which develop fitness, coordination, speed and flexibility, along with improved focus and concentration.
  • This Program is a continuous, year-round program. New students may join at any time.
