Youth / Adult Program

  • Highly aerobic*, strength-building workouts which develop fitness, coordination, speed and flexibility, along with improved focus and concentration.
    • This Program is a continuous, year-round program. New students may join at any time.
    • Note: Adults who are less fit may prefer to start out in our Pre-Conditioning Program.
